Preparing a Budget

When preparing a budget, it is useful to consider two factors: expense amounts (how much to pay) and timing (when to pay). Contact the Stern at NYUAD MBA Admissions office if you would like help creating your own budget.

Travel to and from Abu Dhabi, travel to and from New York City.

Spring, Summer, and Fall Semesters

Tuition: At the start of Module 1, Module 3, and Module 5, you will receive a bill from the university for your tuition. Your merit scholarship (if applicable), is deducted from the tuition.


Housing: If you are living on campus, you will receive a bill from the university for housing at the start of spring, summer, and fall semesters.


Books & Supplies: As needed when you start new courses.

Ongoing

Food/restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and other expenses.

NYU Payment Plan for Tuition:

Stern at NYUAD One-year Full-time MBA students can request a payment plan for tuition from the bursar’s office. The plan allows the student to spread the semester’s charges over the semester as follows:
