Career Management Center

The Career Management Center (CMC) serves as a dedicated partner in each student’s career development journey, offering personalized support and strategic guidance throughout the MBA experience. The CMC team works closely with students to deliver bespoke coaching, targeted resources, and sustained access to regional corporate networks.

From the outset of the program, CMC empowers students to explore career paths, assess strengths and aspirations, and craft compelling professional narratives. Through individualized coaching and advisory sessions, skill-building workshops, corporate info sessions, and industry insight talks, students gain essential tools for resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, storytelling, and salary negotiation. The CMC works with students to help equip them and better navigate the job search process with confidence, clarity, and purpose—ultimately positioning them for meaningful careers.
